Virtue of Strength doesn't produce any mana itself

The Cloud, Midgar Mercenary card also doesnt really fit the narrative here, but it does have deliberate synergy with the Buster Sword, allowing you to search your deck for an equipment card, and his abilities also double-trigger (kind of like the Double Cut materia!)
During gameplay, players will take turns and each turn has an order of steps that must be completed
Whether its a combo, tribal payoffs, or other general synergies, having a crucial game piece always available in the command zone is essential in the best decks
